Okayasu Rubber's continuous extrusion vulcanization production technology succeeds in mass production of long and wide / long length / surface skin on both sides rubber sponge sheets. By continuously extruding a material in which a foaming agent is kneaded, and performing a continuous vulcanization and foaming reaction in a heat furnace (vulcanization tank), we have realized the production of foamed rubber sponge by continuous extrusion.
