In-house compounding design

Formulations are designed to meet the needs of the customer at a ratio of 40% raw materials and 60% compounding agents.

We design formulations and knead our own materials, so we can formulate them to meet the needs of our customers.

The entire process, from compounding design to manufacturing, processing and shipping, is carried out in-house.

Functional rubbers

The physical performance can be adjusted by selecting the grade of raw rubber, selecting its properties, balancing plasticisers, reinforcements and cross-linkers, and by adding functional chemicals, it is possible to formulate rubber with a wide range of performance characteristics such as flame resistance, chlorine resistance and electrical conductivity.
